The project consists of a building composed of a tower and a platform. The tower’s structure features a system of reinforced concrete load-bearing walls, located around the four corner cores of the floor plan. Connecting these structural cores, one-story-high steel trusses extend in a cantilever over the building’s western façade.
The floor system consists of solid-web steel beams supporting a composite deck with a concrete slab.
