The project consists of three two-level structural modules with sloped slab roofs. The total height of the structure varies between 7.50 and 11.00 meters, and the floor plan has an irregular configuration with cantilevers at the ends.
The primary structural system is composed of reinforced concrete frames. However, at the connection between Modules 2 and 3 and the main staircases, tubular steel columns were integrated.
