Edificios de Laboratorios de Ingeniería de la Pontificia Universidad Javeriana

The building is a rectangular tower with a height of 75 meters and a mixed structural system. It consists of a load-bearing perimeter façade with rectangular steel columns, combined with central structural walls and moment-resistant steel frames. The floor slabs, spanning 14 meters, use a system of steel beams with precast hollow-core slabs.

On the eastern side, a 14-meter retaining structure features anchored concrete walls, alongside the reaction wall of the structural laboratory.
