The project consists of: Block 1: A three-story building with an attic and a basement, covered by a sloped roof. Block 2: An auditorium located in the basement, with a first and second floor functioning as terraces.
The new structure is adjacent to an existing building, so its structural design has been adapted to ensure a safe and efficient connection.
