The building, designed for offices and commercial spaces, features four basements, eleven floors, and a flat roof. Its main façade and structure incorporate a concrete Diagrid system, which absorbs both vertical and horizontal loads, allowing for 11-meter column-free floors for greater flexibility.
The foundation includes a 40-meter-deep pre-excavated perimeter diaphragm wall, reinforced with piles and barrettes extending 35 meters below the fourth basement.
