Centro de la Felicidad Chapinero

Centro de la Felicidad Chapinero

The ten-story building with two basements and a total height of 44.90 meters is designed to host cultural, recreational, and sports activities. Its primary structure consists of four reinforced concrete cores located at the corners, connected by orthogonal beams spanning 13.70 and 16.00 meters.

Additionally, tubular trusses on the north-south façade provide extra rigidity to the floors, ensuring a functional and resilient design.
