The project consists of a tower with three basements, ten floors, and a flat roof. The structural system is combined, featuring moment frames and reinforced concrete shear walls.
The foundation consists of barrettes and piles at depths ranging from 35 to 45 meters, working through friction. The retention system is resolved with a 50 cm-thick, 25-meter-deep pre-excavated diaphragm wall.
