The project consists of a nine-story building with a basement, featuring a rectangular floor plan approximately 70 meters long and 15 meters wide.
The structure is supported by two longitudinal support axes, spaced 8.80 meters apart, with cantilevers ranging from 3.25 to 6.20 meters. Two large structural cores with concrete walls enclose the staircases and elevators, providing rigidity and resistance against seismic forces.
