The 14-story tower with a walkable flat roof and three basements is specifically designed to provide comprehensive services for senior citizens. The structural system combines reinforced concrete frames in the interior with steel concentric diagonal bracing on the façades.

The foundation was executed using the Up-Down method, incorporating steel profiles as temporary supports, ensuring stability and functionality throughout construction
